Simon the Stuffer is a documentary photography project centred around Simon, a taxidermist whose work explores the relationship between nature, preservation, and craftsmanship. Through a series of observational portraits and environmental images, the project offers an insight into Simon's unique profession and the meticulous processes involved in his practice.
